Terms and Conditions of Debit Card Payments

Dear Sir/Madam,

I acknowledge the following personal data stored in the user account of Szegedi Közlekedési Kft. (6720 Szeged, Zrinyi utca 4-8.) in the user database of http://e-ugyintezes.szkt.hu will be handed over to OTP Mobil Ltd. (1138 Budapest, Váci út 135-139. B. ép. 5. em.) and is trutrusted as data processor. The data transferred by the data controller are the following:

E-payment is provided to Client Gateway of Szegedi Közlekedési Kft. by OTP Mobil Kft.. The system uses a secure protocol (SSL). When paying by debit card, you will be redirected to the payment page of OTP Mobil Kft. Payment is not made on the site of Client Gateway provided by Szegedi Közlekedési Kft. but on the site operated directly by OTP Bank and according to the rules and security requirements of international cards associations. Szegedi Közlekedési Kft. does not own and cannot gain access to your card and account details, card number and its expiry date.

The following data are necessary for debit card payment – please, prepare your card:

  • - Card number (13-19-digit number on the front of the card, embossed or printed)
  • - Expiry date: (MM/YY on the front of the card, embossed or printed)
  • - Security code: (the last three digits of the signature panel on the reverse side of the card) (CVV2 or CVC2) If this code is not displayed on your card, please leave the field empty on the payment page.

You can pay by the following card types through Client Gateway:

  • - Visa (embossed)
  • - MasterCard (embossed)
  • - American Express (embossed)
  • - Electron (not embossed), depending on the issuer – in the case of these cards the issuing bank decides if the card is allowed to be used on the internet. If the bank that had issued your card allowed it to be used on the internet you can pay by Electron in our webshop. Please consult the issuing bank for further information. Cards issued by OTP Bank are accepted as well.
  • -Maestro (not embossed) – Cards issued only by OTP Bank Nyrt. which start with sequence 675761. If your card number consists of only 10 digits, please first enter 675761 then your 10-digit card number.

Terms and Conditions of E-payment (Debit Card) of Surcharges

  • 1. Surcharges can be paid after accepting the “Terms and Conditions of Surcharge Payment”; if you do not accept them the system will log you out.
  • 2. Only the surcharge of parking cases with “Baseline” and “DR1 – Data retrieval 1” status can be settled by debit card.
  • 3.. Only the total amount displayed next to “Amount of Surcharge” can be paid by debit card.
  • 4. Please contact Customer Service if you paid the surcharge by cheque within 15 days of the date of the case and the surcharge still appears on the Client Gateway. Due to postal lead time your payment may be received only days later.
  • 5. If the status of the case is “order for payment”, an order for the payment of the surcharge was issued and the case is in legal phase. You can get information on the amount of the debt and the current status of the case at the Customer Service.
